PRODUCTION NOTES / TRIVIA
A Stroll Through Lavender Fields
Actors Kelly-Marie Murtha and Robert Nolan endured six weeks of American Sign Language (ASL) training with ASL Coach and actress, Elizabeth Morris.
Scheduled for three days of filming: Friday, February 5, 2010 to Sunday, February 7, 2010. Filming wrapped one day in advance.
The stuffed bear is actually a personal possession of actress Kelly-Marie Murtha, an item of particular sentimental value.
There are exactly 27 scripted lines of ASL dialogue.
Alfredo once sent a rough version of the Lavender Fields Theme (see "music/scores") to a girl via Facebook. Being a fan, she had been asking him about the film and, having heard themes from previous Arcilesi Films productions, had asked about the soundtrack. Alfredo posted a promo video complete with the theme on her wall. The next day, she deleted him from Facebook, accusing him of attempting to woo her and sabotage her relationship with her boyfriend.
